When it comes to delivery, the timeframe varies depending on your location. Unlike express shipping, we don't currently offer expedited options. However, our standard shipping, which is complimentary for orders over $50, generally takes 7-14 business days to bring the Kids Spot magic to your hands. Your patience is truly appreciated as we work diligently to ensure a delightful delivery experience.
Important Reminder: The provided shipping timeframes are calculated from the advertised dispatch date. If your item involves a pre-order arrangement (as indicated on the product page), the pre-order date serves as an estimated dispatch date. Rest assured, the delivery of pre-order items aligns with the timeframes specified earlier. Can I change my shipping address?
Certainly! If your order hasn't hit the road yet, we're happy to update the shipping address for you. Simply shoot us an email at email@example.com with your new details, and we'll make the change pronto.
In case your order has already embarked on its journey, no need to stress! You still have the power to redirect it through the Australia Post tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note: Once an order has been successfully delivered to an address, we're unable to redirect or retrieve it. So, be sure to double-check your address details during checkout to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
What is your return policy?
We have a 90-day window for complimentary returns starting from the date your order is delivered/received.
It's important to note that not all items qualify for return, and any exceptions are clearly indicated on product pages and/or during checkout. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Item(s) are initiated for return and dispatched within 90 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
- Item(s) were not designated as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless there's a defect.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, maintaining an 'as new' condition. This includes keeping the attached swing tag, shoe boxes, ribbons, and any specialty packaging intact.
- Provide a photo of your item(s) before shipping to assist us in assessing their condition.
Important to Note: If you seek a refund for a bundle, the bundle pricing will no longer apply. The items retained will be adjusted to the current sale price, with a refund issued for the remaining amount.
